Can I get a free trial before subscribing?
Yes - all new subscriptions come with a FREE 7-day trial. Those paying by credit/debit card will have to provide card details. The card will not be charged for 7 days. If you cancel during the 7 day period, your card will not be charged. Those paying by EFT will receive a payment reminder after 7 days
How do I update my recipient list?
Simply email us with the names and email addresses of your new recipients. We aim to process all changes within one business day. For corporate plans, you can nominate up to 10 recipients at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time - annual plans offer a saving versus month-to-month. Contact us to arrange the change and we will prorate any balance accordingly.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your Health News Daily delivery and archive access will cease. There are no cancellation fees.
Is VAT included in the subscription price?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Health Matters is not a registered VAT vendor.
How is payment processed?
We accept payment by credit card and EFT. For credit card payments, you will be directed to Payfast, our secure payment gateway. Your subscription will commence as soon as the administrator approves your credentials.Those paying by EFT will be given payment instructions After signing up. Service will commence after proof of payment is received and the administrator has approved your credentials. Annual subscribers receive a single annual invoice; monthly subscribers receive a monthly invoice.
